Why is Laila after Nikhil?

I was wondering this, and I don't get it. Why is she after Nikhil? Perhaps this chase has been since the beginning, before Laila left, when she was with Tullika, and I missed out? I mean, she couldn't possibly be after Nikhil's money, cause he told her everything and I am sure he told her about how he gave all his property to Anu, and I am sure Laila is aware of that. And I highly doubt she loves Nikhil. Because if she did, she wouldn't do all of this, of course this is all selfishness, but still! Is it cause she hates Anu and doesnt want Anu to be with Nikhil? I am confused! What could possibly be Laila's reason?? 😕

Mavra, i don't think she's after his money.. i think she is OBsessed with Nikhil.. u know obsessed like Priyanka in Aitraaz? that's what i thik.. not that she really loves him..

I had been asking the same question since Laila re-entered the show. First she liked Nikhil for his money, but if Nikhil has no moolah, what's Laila's motive to get him? 😕 Is it to get revenge from Anu because she took Nikhil away from her before?
