Ananya is shocked to read the letter and goes to meet Dr. Dhruv at his clinic. Laila sees Anu in the clinic and sends Nikhil to meet Dhruv making some excuse, so that Nikhil does not see Anu in the clinic. Ananya meets Laila and tells her how Dhruv is using Anand Tandon . Laila writes a letter on Anu's behalf and has it delivered to Nikhil. A furious Nikhil goes to meet Anu at the office after reading the letter.
