Yeah, his son Nikhil Jr. had some problem with bone marrow. I think it was cancer, so Nikhil had his bone marrow transfered to his son, and his son is absolutley okay now, but Nikhil was able to have any more bone marrow growth.
yup jus exactly as sharna said except that the son had disappeared now havin taken the bone marrow.. and poor nikhil is left with none for himself so he is dying ðŸ˜
