Theists are not always better

In ELAS it was shown that because Dr. Dhruv did not believe in God, he was arrogant. Of course, this was not the only reason given. But this was a prime reason as shown in the argument between Dr. Dhruv and Ananya. But I disagree here.
There are many people in the world who do not believe in God but are good natured. There are many who believe in God but have lots of ego.
Good and bad people are among both theists and atheists and of course among agnostics too.
