nothing is wrong with nikhil, and jr. nikhil is nikhil's son..when nikhil was a few yrs. younger, and was known as rocky, he kept a relationship with sonam's sister, and sonam's sister..got pregnant..nikhil didnt know about his son...until sonam came into the picture..and later he found out that his son is dying...thats why he is trying to save jr. nikhil.
