hey guys i haven't been watching Ek Ladki Anjani Si for quite a while can u plz tell me what's wrong with Nikil why is he in hospital

Nothing is wrong with Nikhal... Apparently he has a son who has some kind of cancer and Nicks is there for a bone marrow transplant...

yea. his son has blood cancer. and he needs bone marrow which will eventually kill nikhil, cuz his bone marrow wont grow
