In 'Ek Ladki Anjaani Si', the storyline is focusing on Nikhil (Shakti Anand) trying hard to keep the fact from Ananya (Sai Deodhar) that he will be saving his son from leukemia by undergoing a bone marrow transplant. The surgery is a risk and he doesn't want Ananya to stop him.

for Nikhil it was not possible the have childeren himself, thats wy he and Tulika went for the IVF treatment, thats how Ananya got pregnant.
Also Tulika and Nikhil adopted a boy from father Francis orphanage, the boy was sent to bording school.
So how can this new boy be Nikhils son??
