ELAS: Brief Update May 30, 2007
- Nikhil tries to kick Anu out of the house, but Anu strictly tells Nikhil that there is no way she is going to leave thet house. She tells him that he cheated her, and that if there is anyone who has to leave, its Sonam.
- Anu threatens him that she will do something to make sure that no husband could ever treat his wife this way. She is determined not to leave the house.
- Later, Amma, Meera and Biji are concerned about what is going on. At dinner, Meera and Amma are eating dinner, and Sonam tries to sit down, but they don't allow her to.
- Nikhil comes marching in saying that this is his house, and Sonam can sit wherever she pleases. He tells Sonam to sit next to him. He asks for breakfast for Sonam, but no one retrieves it, so he goes to get the breakfast himself, but sees that there is no breakfast made for her. Amma tells Nikhil taht she only made breakfast for the family, not for any ousiders.
- Sonam and Nikhil try to enjoy their breakfast, when Anu comes in the diningroom, grabs a chair, and sits between the two "frauds". After this, she pretends to proceed in a normal setting, acting as if everythings normal. Meera and Amma follow this act too.
- Stubborn Nikhil moves Sonam to his other side and tells her to continue eating. Anu gets frustrated and leaves.
- Later, the baby is crying, and Nikhil is ready to leave for work. Sonam walks in telling him that she really needs to talk to him about something important, but Nikhil tells her that he really must go to the meeting. Sonam doesnt leave him and Nikhil tries to leave. Anu is standing there watching all of this.
- She goes to Anushka, and promises her that her father will be back to his senses soon.
- Afterwards, Sonam is in her room and Anu asks her to leave the house and asks her why she's behaving this way. Sonam doesnt respond, and Anu tells her to please stop coming in between her and Nikhil's life, and that this is HER house and she has no right to live here. She tells Sonam to get out of the room, as it is her and Nikhil's room, but Sonam corrects her, telling her that it is her and Nikhil's room now, and Anu isnt allowed.
- Anu leaves from there, and Sonam goes into the closet and starts taking out all of Anu's things, and throwing them out of the room. Amma, and Meera are watching all of this in shock, and so is Anu. Sonam throws out everything, including pictures of Anu and Nikhil.
- Bijij and Meera go to Sonam's room and Bijij begs Sonam to please stop doing this and that eversince she set foot into the house, there has been nothing but insanity and everyone is upset. She tells her that she has caused a drift between Anu and Nikhil. Sonam tells them to leave her alone, as she is with Nikhil now.
- Amma is making milk for Anushka, and Sonam comes in, and dumps the saucer of milk in the sink. Amma asks her what the meaning of this is, and Sonam tells Amma that she needs to make food for Nikhil, and Anushka can live a day without milk. She pushes Amma out of the way, and Anu sees this, and asks Sonam how she could behave this way with elders.
- Anu tells Sonam that she cannot stay in the house any longer, and attempts to drag her out of the kitchen and tries to drag her out of the house, when Nikhil walks in asking Anu for an exclamation. Anu tells him that she is doing it for the family, and Sonam cannot stay here. Nikhil tells her that Sonam will stay here, and he doesnt want to hear anything.
- Anu tells him that Sonam will not stay here any longer. Nikhil tells Anu that if that is the case, then he wont stay in the house any longer, and he will go with Sonam.
