Nikhil goes to his doc for his checkup and Ananya surprises to see Nikhil collapse w/out warning, and Amma tells Annaya that Nikhil forbid her from telling her that he's sick. Annaya can't believe that. Amma says his sickness is back and they're not sure whether he can be saved again or not. Annaya terribly shocks.😭
