You are right but here he is not knocking up another women for love but for a baby and he is expecting too much from Tulika so she is insecured and she is behaving like this bcoz she knows her weakness. She is going through a tough time

but he hasnt hooked up with any other woman... yet anyway.... besides tulika loves nikhli... .. she's just not sharing nikhil's obsession for the baby... even when they were tryin for one she was doin it only for nikhil's sake..she herself has no interest in kids...

first :she might try to bring misunderstanding between anu and nikil
second:try to kill anu
