Will Suman get hurt at the party? I think not.

To err is human...

The story of Suman and Shravan is starting to get clear to us.

Suman was always clear that Shravan will be her secret best friend. Shravan falls in love, he wants the rules changed, when that does not happen, he is hurt and goes away to lick his wounds. Ten years and he forgets nothing and no one. Sumo, never mature to handle the intensity of Shravan's emotions is clueless to his feelings... even now.

In the present, their roles are reversed. Shravan is the suave, successful, smooth talking most eligible bachelor in town. Sumo now a mature girl struggling to establish an identity, fulfill her suppressed dreams and spread her wings through her business. She longs for her friend and he for his revenge. What is revenge for him may not be so for her... For her it may be an insite, an understanding of what he went through... the mature Sumo could look beyond her hurt and understand what the young Sumo never could.

Like Shravan the plans at the party would unravel smoothly and casually. Sumo would for the first time get an inkling of what Shravan really went through... as her hurt would somewhat mirror his but would not be as deep as his. Shravan would have a girl by his side, Pushkar the sweety would understand his miscommunication and would try to play the perfect stand-in host and partner sumo. I am sure Pushkar would not develop romantic feelings for Sumo overnight (but maybe in the future) but would continue as her friend. But Suman with Pushkar would make Shravan see red and would possibly give us a Shraman on the dance floor.

I do not think, Shravan or Suman are ready for love at this moment. Right now, they need to build empathy, friendship and trust... love will follow towards the end. They need to start at first base and that would be in Sumo understanding a little bit of the depth of the hurt that Shravan has within him; and for Shravan to set aside the past issues (not necessarily forgiving) and moving on, which he should with his plan. Because 10 years is a long time and people change. Sumo getting hurt would set the slate clean and would be enough for both to move forward and be genuinely civil to each other and gradually fall in love.

Let the real story begin...

A flawed Sumo would make much more sense to me than a flawless one. She would be human... Not a jagatmata.

Pushkar and Suman would dance at the party. Want to see Shravan's reaction to it...

Gifting the same dress to PowderPuff and Sumo... am not really sure about it, may or may not happen. But this is the way I see it... Sumo would think that she is his date, but Shravan would come with Powder Puff, say bye bye and go... repeat of Prom night!

Pushkar would apologize for his miscommunication and be the date for the night! But, seriously why would this hurt Sumo so much? She always saw red with this new Shravan didnt she? She is mature enough to take things in her stride and move on... she has been doing it all her life.

What would hurt Shravan deeply would not hurt Suman the same way... but would hopefully, give her an understanding of the past!

Shravan had a privileged upbringing with at least one parent. Grandparents can neversubstitute a parent. Not so for Sumo... We can see how she adjusts with her selfish family. She has just recently given up hrr coat and the USA trip plus 50k. On the contrary Shravan can get anything he wants and still has the love and affection of his dad.

SO unike Shravan... Sumo CAN take NO for an answer... And that's why Shravan's plan will not give him the satisfaction.

Love will follow them at right time but right now they need to settle themselves first.
