This seems to be going the IPK direction and I love it!!

Love the light heartedness and the angst of the show. Amazed at the unique handling of this show, real characters, no villains and lack of unnecessary drama.

Is this Indian TV that I am watching?

I agree with you, 100%. I feel like I am reading a British chick-lit or watching a Korean drama. This serial is really sweet and beautiful treat. As you said, no unnecessary drama. It's light-hearted. We can just relax and watch the characters interact with each other.

I think he may have a girlfriend in London. But I am sure its going nowhere. If the way he acts and reacts to anything Suman-related is any indication, he is still in love with Suman.

I really really really hope, they don't go down the kitchen politics route; where they introduce new villains who try to separate Sumo and Sharavan.

Please please please please please don't do that, writers of the show. I hope Shravan's girlfriend or fianc, whoever she is doesn't get jealous and start creating problems. I mean even if she has to I hope it's a bit more realistic than we get to usually see.

Just keep it the way it is. It is honestly so refreshing to see the actors of the show looking normal without 10 pounds of makeup on their face, and actually talking, not just preaching. So natural. Love it! ❤️

I will say... this serial either goes the modern route or shut shop. It would be suicide for this to go the kitchen politics route.

This show will attract people like us to Sony who are fed up with the shows that are being dished out by all the channels. If content is changed then it will go down the PBNMBD route and sink. If we notice, none of the new shows with poor content are able to pick up. TRP aunties are loyal to their old shows so, new shows need folks like us :).

Lets just hope that our numbers work for them...

Btw my mom seems to love both of Sonys show Kuch Rang and this one.. She is a trp aunty that loves kitchen politics and she is now hooked to this one... says this one is very good.

Good to know that older generation people are also liking it, only then can this show retain with trps.
