Hi everyone, here's yet another beautiful Monday-licious episode!! 😆
Sushila plays with the doll, and is all smiles. But there's a flicker of sorrow in her eyes, as she realizes that she hasn't been able to fill her family's life with the joy of a child. 😭 Aniket and Vinay gently console her, saying, it doesn't matter, and that it will happen when the time is right. Aniket says, that he'll send a special prayer to God. Sushila bounces in joy, and asks him to pray for at least 4-5 kids- one for each member of the family.😆 She further adds that, when Aniket's prospective bride sees his comfort level with children, she'll be smitten! 😳
Meanwhile, Samyukta is pacing restlessly in the living room, wondering what the kids are up to. Sushila enters the house excitedly, and falls at her MIL's feet, and says that she's blessed and fortunate! Samyukta gets a little irritated, and asks Sushila to spill the beans and tell her what's going on. Sushila is a wee bit scared, and wants to know why she's having to give an 'intermission'. Nikhilesh corrects her, and explains to her that it's an interrogation.
Samyukta delivers her oft-said words, that she just wants peace and harmony in her household. Sushila swears on Lord Shiv, that if anything goes wrong in the twins' birthday party, if Shashvat or Forum make even the slightest complaint, then she- Sushila- will leave the house.🤣 Everyone's shocked! *You've got to watch her expressions in this scene! It's a hilariously serious one, and will have you rolling on the floor in laughter*
Samyukta calls upon her husband and sons to be witnesses to Sushila's silly promise, and tells Vinay, that if Sushila leaves the house, he shouldn't go crying out loud that a mum-in-law has kicked her daughter-in-law out! Vinay takes Sushila aside, and asks her if she understands what she's saying. She asks him whether he has faith in his brother and wife, or not. If she leaves the house (heavens forbid), why won't he accompany her. She mentions Savitri following Satyavan into Yamlok, to get his life back, and uses the example in their situation. Sushila reinforces her trust in Aniket, and tells her mum-in-law that everything's going to good at the party, and also tells her to wear the clothes chosen by Aniket. *I love her faith in Aniket's abilities*
After their kids go to their rooms, Nikhilesh tries to make Samyukta understand that Sushila is nave, and that melodrama comes naturally to her, since she was an actress earlier.😆 Samyukta tells him that she had observed faith and confidence in Aniket's eyes. For the first time, she had seen his self-confidence, which is why she had accepted Sushila's challenge.😊 Nikhilesh expresses a doubt of failure, but she brushes it off, and prays that she lose the challenge, because it would, then, signify her son Aniket's victory.❤️
In the next scene, we see Sushila asking the twins why they aren't ready for their own party yet. Shashvat tells her that she will now have to pack her bags and leave, because she ruined their party, her motive being their sidelining of Aniket. Forum supports him, and asks her to swear on Aniket. Sushila accepts that it's her fault. But then, we see, it's just her nightmare. She wakes her husband up, and asks him, if he would leave the house and accompany her if something goes wrong. He reminds her of their wedding vows and tells her that wherever she goes, he will follow her *Vodafone commercials, anyone?* Sushila is relieved, and says that she leaves everything to her Lord. *No matter how silly they behave at times, Vinay and Sushila are made for each other, and I love how he always stands by her and supports her*
Next morning, Sushila says the cutest prayer ever. She tries to get in Lord Shiv's good books, and tells Him that she understands He's got a lot of prayer applications from is devotees that day, since it's a Monday, but requests Him to process her first.😆 She also makes a prayer to Lord Ganesh, and requests Goddess Parvati to recommend her to Lord Shiv.😃
"Kehte hain, patni ki baat to Bhagwan bhi nahi taal sakte hain, ka?" (sic) 👏
She sees Samyukta, and offers her the Prasad. Meanwhile, Shankar brings a large suitcase, and Sushila wonders if her mum-in-law is planning a holiday. Samyukta tells her that, she's asked for it, just in case, someone needs to go somewhere after the party that day. She sarcastically asks Sushila, if the bag can hold everything. Sushila sweetly responds that it won't be sufficient to hold all the praises and compliments that Aniket will receive for organizing such a wonderful event!😊
Forum is screaming her lungs out, that her name has been misspelled in the cake as Form.😡 Aniket is trying to calm her down, but she's not willing to listen. Sushila tells her, that Shashvat had ordered the cake, and that he must have spelt her name wrongly. Forum remembers the silly things that Shahsvat had said over the phone, when he was ordering the cake. She runs upstairs to vent her anger at him. She runs into him and her mother, who wants to know why she's upset. Before she can scold Shashvat, he tells her there's another problem they need to sort out.
It appears that the twins had arranged for a live band/ DJ to play at their party, and had even paid for their services in advance, but their programme got cancelled at the last minute. Shashvat is very disappointed, and tries arguing with the guy there, and gets stuck on the word 'professional' of which he doesn't know the Hindi word! However, he does manage to link the topic to newspapers to wood to Tiger Woods to tiger to Russia to the USSR and finally to his aunt, whose initials are USSR! 🤣
The manager loses his cool, and tells Shashvat that they're not unprofessional, and he had cancelled the twins' booking on being asked by Shashvat's secretary. *They so deserved this!* The episode ends on their puzzled faces, wondering who this mysterious secretary is.
PRECAP:
The twins are explaining the situation to their mum, that their booking has been cancelled by Shashvat's secretary, and that they have no idea who she is. However, Samyukta seems to have realized who it is, and mutters Sushila' name.😒
