Btw, I was speculating about Shanny-Rajan being a team in the past and Shanny probably remembering about it but not disclosing it to anyone. Here's my reasoning...
1. Vyom seems genuinely suspicious of Shanny atm. However, at times I feel like Shanny is trying to drop hints without alerting the Ghost, since he's always present around her. ðĨą
2. Whatever threats Rajan may make against Shanny, he always does it in front of Vyom. If he was really keen on hurting/murdering Shanny, he'd have made the arrangements by now without alerting anyone and finished her off, instead of bragging about it in front of the man who is batshit crazy about her! I think, he mostly does it to keep Vyom on a leash.
3. You do have a point about Vyom eavesdropping on Maddy-Shanny conversation and figuring out about the car and planning what to do about it accordingly. What I failed to understand is, why did he move it to a different place (if it was indeed Vyom and not someone else), instead of burning it to cinders right away? Destroying all evidences? Why wait for Shanny to reach the garage?
4. One possibility is that, Vyom wanted to create a situation with fire to test his theory regarding Shiv. But once again, it begs the question, HOW on earth will he know about Shanny knowing the car's whereabouts from Shiv? When Shiv was telling her about the car, Vyom was inside the bathroom, he didn't get to hear that bit.
