1. she is behaving like this to get to to the truth/killer - all bahus take extreme measures when they need to get to the truth to protect their loved one aka family/love
2. She was a dedicated wife/bahu until she discovered the dhokha. She would have fallen from Vyom if he hadn't turned into a psycho and her lover's killer
3. She jumps first and thinks later. Hero comes in with well-meaning advice and extricates her. In other words, she always needs help in tight spots - which always comes from a male.
4. She wants good for everyone (unless you are killer of her lover) and does not hold any malice or a single bad thought for anyone.

She is like all female leads, perfection personified.

The astrologer said the same thing about her, I mentioned this too...she has been a do-gooder from the beginning. But we have also seen how she planned to seduce Vyom in order to trap the spirit- that was a first.

@Bold red- This I kinda disagree with, here's why-

I'm leaving the Vidyut episode out. Unless she's having a fainting spell or is walking in a trance (in which cases, Vyom saves her), she has been quite the tough cookie.

Apart from that, it has been mostly her saving Vyom. Be it from accidents, mishaps, icy troubles, ghost troubles...etc. 😆

Even now, Shiv, with all his powers isn't doing anything to find out who killed him. It's Sharanya who is on a Suicide Mission once again to do the same. 🤔

I'm generally speaking...not pointing anyone...but on general attitude...it's okay to like someone more than other but I see lot of negativity out here in the forum...that's why I was saying watch it with an open mind!! It's okay to ship someone...but downright accusations are made which hinders any creative discussion!!
TV actors don't have liberty to demand change in stories...they will replace the actor itself!! It's a big talent pool... anybody can be replaced!!

This is exactly what makes her a typical female lead - they can do anything and everything. AND when they are in action everyone around them become either extra dumb or total inactive. The role of the people around them is to state the obvious and look at the superwoman to solve the issue.

I think it's all right to have favourites, just that it goes a little overboard when people tend to blur the lines b/w the actor and character. Since I have no liking for Shiv as a character, I usually restrict mentioning him unless absolutely essential and stick to talking about Vyom, Shanny and the others.

I try my best to adhere to the rules of the forum and not resort to name-calling and/or bashing, but I guess, emotions run high when a show is involved and people tend to get carried away.

Still, I guess this is nothing compared to all the nastiness GoT fans get involved with, so I'm okay. 😆

It's from Episode 2 of the show when Vyom is telling her about how they became friends and fell in "love". In one of the FBs, Sharanya was reciting lines from her own diary which began this way "Main khaak hoon sehra ki, tum duaa madeene ki". 😊

Oh ok... I remember the diary scene but didn't remember the poetry... That scene confuses me now coz sharanya is the poet or is shiv the poet? She was reading her own diary or shiv's? Didn't she recognise her own handwriting?

That's true, and Sharma can only do so much since he has made her a positive character (sort of, till now). 😆

But I don't really trust Indian writers with grey FLs, so I guess I'll make do with this. 🤡

Indian audiences are not limited to urban areas!! They have to try to please the whole country...sad but true...the fight for ratings degraded the quality of content n execution!!
But in this one I find quality acting...no over acting by anyone...
Vyoom/shiv/saranya did not get carried away while doing dramatic scenes!!

Sharanya was the poet surely and she was reading her own diary. I mean, as you pointed out, I'm sure she'd have recognised her own writing. 😉

I always thought she was reading her boyfriend's diary - then Vyom, now Shiv. That line/poetry is very masculine - male POV - style - Khaak is a masculine word, feminine word.

Talking about recognizing handwriting is too much logic for my brain on this show.
