the age gap.

IMO it would've been so much better if Durga was in MBBS first year or Anurag. What's with this 12th pass and a practicing doctor? The age gap isn't the problem but it would be so weird to watch them romance considering that she's so young and at an age where she should be focusing on her studiessmiley37

just hope she doesn't get into a medical college just by her 12th marksheet but actually gives NEET....smiley36

1st episode..

This Pannibai is definitely Anurag’s grandfather ie Dadaji’s mistress and she brought Durga to the haveli to somehow get revenge..

Shubho character is Anurag's father and the crown prince...and Tejas leads a gang of thieves

i was actually thinking same like why 12th. They could have shown her as someone who is in between mbbs studies 😂 pranali does not look like 12th std girl 😂

bold: this! pranali can pull off college student maybe even intern but just 12th pass is a little hard to imagine her playing. At least I hope the character has that innocence at least like any other just out of high school would have, not some know it all, obnoxious and sacrificing lamb that only knows how to give bhashan.

Also this panibai if she wants to take some kind of revenge from this royal fam wouldn't it make sense if she makes durga marry in the household? Like since they didn't let her marry because of her lower class status now she makes a lower class girl become a queen of their mahal, it seems like a perfect payback. smiley5

Is anurag a practicing doctor? I was thinking he maybe interning or near end of his education, like the kids look slightly similar age not that big of age gap or maybe its just the child actors.

Like it makes more sense that way, plus if they want to show durga's journey to become a doc then she had to go to college, and what not and that would have provided excellent setting for building their relationship like reconnecting and bonding.

Plus some college romance and that fact aashay looks to young to be a practicing doc so if they give sometime it would make sense if we see him make the transition.

Bold: it would make sense if they are shown to be in contact all these years, like in mujhse dosti karoge movie just without the identity confusion part. It would be weird if they had crush on each other as children, separate with no contact but now suddenly so deep in love.

I actually thought she would be shown as a medical intern at least. Lekin yaha tho she is 12th standard pass student hai. From their child versions it didn't give away ML was older than FL.

But, I saw on twitter that Durga is shown as a 18 year old and Anurag is some 4 years elder, and around 22. He is in his final year of college.

Not that big an age gap, but yes it would have been better if both were in college

And yes, when it comes to getting into medical school, it's important that a character (or anyone in real life) actually goes through the necessary entrance exams like NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) in India, rather than just relying on 12th grade results.
