I think Anurag will probably understand she was trying to save him and won't be bitter..Maybe it will be about both of them fighting against this together..

Ya may be after a while he will understand ,still he won’t leave her side ,Anurag’s main concern for running away was to save her from Rajesh then getting to get married with her now ,sbs also said he still won’t leave Durga’s side now
