Friends,
A sudden thought came to my mind. I am not familiar with writing wills or laws. The will gets into action after the death of the person who wrote will. Secondly the person who makes a will can change the will and do a new one. right!

So now Dadaji might do a new will in the name of Abhimanyu. Can this happen or is it a blooper or I am missing so etching here. HELP

Yup, he can change the will at will (pun intended๐Ÿ˜†) but only as long as he controls it (I'm assuming he only has control for the 3 days and once the properties pass hands then I guess he won't be able to as it won't be his to do with as he pleases).

maybe i can help u out TM!

a will only holds effect after d death of the person making d will, and a person can have multiple wills made in his/her life time but its only d one that is made last ie before d person's death that holds any effect!

this dadu's will thgy only exists in hindi tv show n movies world, not reality!

dadu putting d 3 day condition is also not accurate, that cant be done in a will! maybe d CVs got confused btwn a will and a Power of Attorney!

I think the will is changeable until its terms are not met.. i.e. its conditions are not fulfilled..
(usually the main condition is that it comes into effect when the person dies)
But here the will is not based on Rana's death, but on Shivani's marriage... once the terms in the will (conditions) are met, then it cannot be changed..

a will is subject to be changed. the p[erson who makes the will can change it many times before death. it is not cast in stone. it only stands if the person dies before getting it changed...

That's what I think so. So Rana is still alive and he is not happy with Shivani marrying Raghu. So he can change the will.
