Q- Anas ji ..how did you get a chance to do Suraj Rathi ?
A- I was doing Prithivi Raj Chouhan ..everyone liked my work ..then star plus offered me Suraj character and i found it quite challenging so i accepted it .
Q- How do feel being famous as a suraj rathi ?have you ever thought it will be this famous ?how was your experience doing this character ?
A- I am so happy everyone is liking Suraj Character ..It wasn't easy for me..but i always worked hard and honestly .that's why i am fully into Suraj Rathi character ..
Q-how much do you resembles as suraj in real life ?
A- In real I am a lot like Suraj ..I do all my duties like Suraj and love my family ..If i say anything in anger to my mom ..immediately i say sorry to her ..I always want people get inspired by not only Suraj character but with me too and respect their parents..
Q-How did you come in this acting world ? did you want to make a career in this line?
A - No ..I never thought about acting ..I am from Punjab ..my parents still lives in there ..when i came to Chandigarh to study some of my friends advised me towards it .. after my friends encouragement i did 2-3 videos ..then got interested in acting..
Q- How did you start your career and when ?
A- In 2005 i came in Mumbai ..since then i am here ..before that from 2000 to 2005 i run a restaurant in Malerkothala (Punjab)..then for money i did some music videos and ads..then i got a chance to do some serials like Kanhi to hoga , Kya hoga nimmo ka ,Dharti ka veer yodha - Prithivi raj chauhan , aise karo na vida ..so from 20011 i am doing Suraj Rathi in Diya aur batti hum ..I am so happy my fans like me a lot in this role ..between this i struggle a lot ..I still remember in Prithivi Raj they selected me after look test and auditions but shooting stared after 9 months ..
Q- Before coming in this field did you take any training ?
A- No i didn't...but i believe if you have talent and skill then you can be a actor ..you can't learn acting but it's comes from heart ...if you want to go for acting then do it from your heart ..you don't need any course..
Q- Do you want to work in Bollywood ?
A-No ..i want to stay in small screen ..i think nowadays small screen is more important then bigger screen..in film you can be only for 3 hrs but on tv viewers can watch you for 7 days ..small screen is like a cell phone you can keep it in your pocket all the time but big screen is like landline which stays in one side ..if some strong role's offer comes then i will think about it but still i will give more importance to tv ..
Q-what types of role do you want to play ?
A-I want to do all types of challenging role but i don't like unnatural type like showing six packs or exercising in Gym .. i can do these types but i don't like it ..
Q-who is behind your success ?
A- I want to give this credit to my parents...because of their hardship and encouragement i am here now ..they still live in Maleskotla and because of my work schedule i can't go to meet them so every 2-3 months they come to visit me ..
Q- When you are going to get married ?
A- Marriage is very important ..and it happens only once in your life ..at the moment i am very busy in DABH so can't take any leave..we shoot 30 days and some time 12 hours in a day ..at least i need 15 days for wedding ..need personally to go to Punjab and invite friends and relatives so i will do after this show finishes ..
Q - I have heard you have some interest in music ?
A- Every Punjabi likes to sing ..very few people know i have an interest in singing ..in fact 2 songs i have given for DABH ..
