It was a celebration time on the sets of Shashi Sumeet Mittal's popular show Diya Aur Baati Hum yesterday.
We would rather call it a double birthday bash that happened on the sets yesterday. The show Diya Aur Baati Hum had turned 4 on 29th August so the team gathered together to celebrate 4 years completion of the show as well as actor Anas Rashid's birthday which was yesterday. The production house had planned a cake cutting for the success of their show along with a surprise cake cutting planned for Anas Rashid.
Anas had a working birthday yesterday and in a candid chat with him, we learned that his birthday was full of surprises. He shared, "One of my old childhood friends from Punjab had come down to Mumbai and he was quite surprised to see all the love getting showered on me in the form of bouquets and gifts on my birthday. We had a family get together at night just when my birthday begun. I have been giving names to all the bouquets that I was getting."
"I kept getting surprises till 2-3 o'clock in the night and the first gift that I received was from Ved (Devyansh Tapuriah). He has gifted me a nice photo frame having one of my best picture in it and a greeting card that has lights on it. It was a day full of surprises for me," adds Anas.
