Mamta ji is brought to the hospital where a junior doctor takes charge of her and she is taken into ICU. There, Chaddha abducts Vicky and Aseem and threatens to break his fingers. Vicky starts pleading but Chaddha says that they could not fulfill their promises but instead robbed him of Rs 15 lakhs, so either they should return the money or he will break their bones. Aseem asks for sometime and in return Chaddha's goons start beating them up. He then leaves them after warning that this was just a trailer.
At hospital, the senior doctor says her condition isn't good and she might slip into comma any time. he asks the nurse for some injection. LN almost breaks down in fear and Anji, Chandi and Binny take care of him while Dabbu is drowning herself in guilt.
Dylan is getting worried thinking about the evening's events, he tries to call her, but then decides against it and starts blaming himself for Mamtaji's condition as he could not take a timely decision and then disclosed everything right at the time of the engagement. He thinks that Debjani too must be feeling guilty like himself. His mom turns up just then.
Dabbu secretly enters the ICU when nurse returns and the door hasn't closed. The doctors are saying that her body temperature is steadily falling which is not a good sign. Mamta babbles something about Dabbu and Aseem's engagement and Dabbu starts crying. She then starts blaming herself for everything.
Juliet asks how's everything his fault, Dylan says its his fault only. She says that he only saved Debjani's life from getting ruined. Dylan says he also thought the same but because of him Aunty is in hospital, Juliet says nothing will happen to her and she will pray for her. Dylan says he was so wrong that he let his ego rule over his love for Debjani and kept declining that he loved Debjani though the truth was that he loves her a lot and that he can't see her like this in this condition.
Doctor informs LN that his wife is very serious and is critical. He told her that because of his high BP she could not take stress and he told that they should not tell her any bad news and keep her away from stress and if possible solve the problem which causes this stress. LN is worried what they should do and Dabbu seeing all this leaves from there. Dabbu is crying when her inner voice starts blaming that she snatched away her happiness at the last moment and that her mother is fighting for her life because of her and that she has to save her life as only she can do that. her inner voice asks her what's more important for her, her mom's life or her happiness.
Precap: Dabbu rushing out telling different lies to Binny and Eshu which confuses Dylan. Dabbu meeting Aseem.
