Dylan is packing his suitcase when his mom comes and asks why he is leaving so suddenly without even telling her. Dylan says he wants a break. Juliet says not to lie to her and that he is leaving because of Debjani. Dylan starts making an excuse, when Juliet says running away is not the solution. First he ran away from family problems, and now he is running away from Debjani. Either he should stop her marriage or accept it, but not run away like this. Dylan assures her that he isn't running away and that he is alright.
Chandi comes to Dabbu's room and forces her to speak the truth. She says that she hasn't seen her happy even for a second since her engagement's decision and now today she suddenly took this court marriage decision. She asks if she is doubting that she might change her mind later and that's why rushing into this marriage. She asks if she loves Dylan. Dabbu loses her temper that she doesn't. Chandi says she would be spoiling her life and Aseem's too by this marriage when she will realize that she doesn't love him. Dabbu still shouts back, but Chandi says she is surprised that Dabbu is doing this. She leaves from there and Dabbu breaks down and says to herself that she is doing this because she does not want to listen to her heart as all her dreams have broken and she now wants to forget all that and Dylan's memories by marrying Aseem. She says that she loves Dylan a lot but this love has given her nothing except pain.
Dylan is driving thinking about Debjani when he stops suddenly seeing a dog on the door. He starts dreaming that Dabbu has come to rescue the little dog, and comes out to talk to her. He plays with the dog in his dream but then realizes that Debjani isn't there. He picks up the cute dog and pats and hugs him. He takes the dog inside the car as it's raining and talks to the dog that he isn't crying. Its the rain and why would he cry. He then says to himself, how many lies would he tell himself. Neither he can go away from her and nor can he come near her. That his mom was right, he loves Debjani. There Debjani says to herself that he hates Dylan and this hatred only will teach her to live.
Mirchandani calls up Aseem and tells him that the head of the departments meeting has been postponed as Dylan has gone on a 2 week off. Aseem smiles and tells Vicky that Dylan has run away without a fight, though he had feared that he will create problems. Vicky says its good that they got rid of bad luck, but Aseem says that he would miss seeing his jealous face. He woule have loved to tease him, but he will do the same when he returns. Vicky and Aseem laugh evilly.
Dabbu's whole family gathers inside her room and ask if she really wants court marriage. LN says they are worried why she has taken this decision and they all feel that she is hiding something. Dabbu stares at Chandi but she says she hasn't called them. LN says if she isn't happy with the marriage, then she can still say no and they will handle everything. Dabbu says its nothing like that but she says she is happy with the marriage else she would have tried to delay it and not prepone it. Anji then asks then why court marriage, but Dabbu says that Vicky jijaji is already burdened under so much debt and court marriage will save expenses. Mamta says if she is sacrificing her happiness for Aseem, but Dabbu says no she wants to be happy with her close and loved ones. LN says he is proud of her and Chandi lightens the mood by saying they can now use the left over budget in her marriage.
Precap: Dabbu leaving for office on engagement day saying she cant take leave and Dylan is worried as he fails to get tickets on any Delhi flight.
