Ar office, Sneha reminds Dylan that he has to select his representative for the journalists meet in Shimla. He sees Dabbu from his cabin but then asks Sneha to give him time till the evening.
Dabbu is confused what to answer to her parents, when she does not even know herself. She then decides to close her eyes and envision how her life would be with Aseem. She closes her eyes and dreams of her wedding night, but as her hubby turns, she sees him to be Dylan and not Aseem. She then says to herself this is why she cannot make her mind about Aseem as her mind and heart are thinking only of Dylan. She wonders if she is falling for Dylan and goes for a coffee break. Aseem tells his co-worker that he won't attend the conference in Shimla, he then sees Dabbu going to the canteen and follows her. He asks what's troubling her and she can share with him as he is her friend. Dabbu tells him that how family is pressurizing her to give an answer. She then goes on to say that God makes heart's relations in the beginning itself. She says that he is a really nice guy and whoever comes in his life, will be very happy, but she sees him only as a friend and that if she converts only this friendship relationship into marriage, then it will be unfair on him. Aseem pretends to act cool and says that he respects her honesty. Dabbu is still tensed, so Aseem asks what's the matter. She says she does not know how to break this news to her family as they were so looking forward to this match, so Aseem goes on to call Mamtaji and tells her about Dabbu's decision and that he respects her decision and that nobody in house should now pressurize her. He then asks Dabbu for a hug and says to himself that now he will do something which will make Dabbu herself beg him to marry her.
Dabbu goes to her cabin, sees Dylan humming the same song on which they danced last night. She then collides with Sneha who informs her about Shimla conference. She asks whom has Dylan selected as his representative, and Sneha tells that he hasn't decided yet.
Binny is crying buckets that how could Dabbu be so selfish, that she did not even think of her and Anji says why shuld Dabbu say yes just because of her. Binny is worried how will her in-laws react, but Mamtaji says Aseem had called himself, and he handled it very maturely, and Binny says because Aseem is a diamond. Mamtaji says don't know what's cooking in Dabbu's head and LN scolds her saying we only were pressurizing her for her decision and now that she has decided, we should all respect it. Maybe she wants to concetrate on her career for the time being and now there shall be no more discussions on the subject.
Chaddha comes to meet Mirchandani and shows her a file telling him that his employee Debjani is daughter of justice LN Thakur who is refusing to sell his house, so he should pressurize her, but Mirchandani says he can only assure him that he won't cover the news but he doesn't interfere in his employees' work especially those he doesn't even interact with.
Dylan announces Vipul Choudhary as his representative for the conference recalling how he had come to meet him and told him about his sob story of injustice. Aseem smiles happily with his plan succeeding. Dabbu leaves the conference room looking at Dylan thinking he doesn't think anything about her, and that she was stupid to build on hopes and Dylan says he wished he could have taken her or explained his situation.
Precap: Aseem informing Vicky that he will take Debjani as his representative to the conference and create circumstances which will force her to marry him. Dabbu is about to meet with an accident.
