Nana's(Mahesh Jadhav) Interview

Hi friends I just wanted to share this interesting interview with you.

A new radio channel has been launched in Mumbai 104.8 fm.So i just tuned into it.and when i tuned in the first thing i heard was Nana Patekar's voice.

It was actally Mahesh Jadhav(Nana) of Dill Mill Gayye and that RJ was asking him questions.An believe me his real voice also sounds exactly like Nana Patekar's but the only difference is that ki he was not shouting on the radio.😆

So here is the interview in short.I may have missed a little bit of it.And one more thing the interview was in Hindi so I have translated it in English.So please bear with me for the mistakes.

INTERVIEW

So Mahesh you are famous for doing Nana Patekar's acting and currently working in a tv show.so hows the experience ?

Ans.The experience is very nice.Everyone on the sets acknowledge me as nana only.Infact I have gained a lot of popularity because of Dill Mill Gayye.

You acts as Nana onscreen.So r u like that off screen.

Ans.Yeah I am always talking like Nana and making his mimicry.Infact I am 75% Nana and 25% Mahesh.

Ok so what do people around you call ?I mean do they call you as Mahesh or Nana.

Ans.Whenever I go out for shopping in the market people always call me as Nana.They say that your voice is exactly as Nana Patekar.

So as far as in your acting career,have you always acted as Nana?

Ans.No I have acted in some Marathi serials where I have not immitated Nana at all.

For how many years have you been in this Industry ?

Ans.Around 12 yrs.

What do your friends and relatives have to say about this ?

Ans.My friends and relatives do not like at all me doing Nana's acting.They say that leave all this and try to do something on your own i.e don't immitate anyone be yourself.But immitating Nana has become a part of my life.

When you are at home,you behave as Mahesh or Nana ?

Ans.As i have said earlier,I am 75% Nana and 25% Mahesh.So even when I am at home I behave like him.Mujhe ab unki acting karne ki aadat ho gayi hai.
