Fitness mantra of Tv actor Mayank Anand
Buzz u
Dr.Rahul of Star One's Dill Mill Gayye is very fitness oriented, so here is his fitness mantra which he has shared for his fans in a recent interview.
EXERCISE REGIME
I make it a point to hit the gym at least six times a week. My workout regime is very erratic. Sometimes, I spend two and a half hours in the gym. Other times, I am out in forty minutes. Some of the best ideas come to me in the gym. As for the workout regime, I do cardio, weights and different parts of the body on alternate days. Being fit is definitely important. Moreover, being in the acting business, I ensure I have a body to match.
DIET…
I eat everything and do not go by the dietician's book. However, yes, I do make sure that my last meal of the day is before 7:30 pm. Being a typical Punjabi, I have a sweet tooth. I go berserk at times when I go to five star hotels. My meal there is to satiate my sweet tooth cravings with dessert buffet platters. However, I ensure that I burn all those extra calories in the gym rather than let them settle.
HAPPINESS QUOTIENT
I am the happiest when I create something. I don multiple hats so anything creative linked to writing, painting or enacting a scene, pumps up the adrenaline in me. Constant reinvention of oneself adds a variety to your life. It's a great feeling to see an idea come to life. It makes me happy to see my loved ones smile.
IDEA OF RELAXATION
Conversations relax my mind. Sometimes, many profound and intelligent insights come out of conversations. The perfect workout for the soul is silence. Just silence. There is nothing more relaxing than reading a good book, drinking on some rejuvenating green tea and doing your own thing.
