How stupid

What the heck is wrong with these TV serial leads. Why do they think they can keep someone happy by hiding everything from them. This has happened more than once in this show. First Shorvari thought that she will keep Parth happy by hiding her tumor truth from him. And what happened. Parth was heart broken and miserable for so many months. And now Teni thinks that she can keep Iqbal and his Ammi happy by hiding the truth about her memory. In that process she's even hurting the child she claims to love so much. What exactly is Teni planning to do with her and Iqbal's relationship. It's obvious that Teni can never be attracted to anyone other than Parth. So why drag Iqbal's into this mess. First of all, Teni should stop thinking so highly about herself. It's not as if Iqbal and Ammi can't be ever happy without her. It might take some time but in the end they'll move on and be happy with someone else, someone who can love Iqbal with equal intensity. But Teni is not the one for that. This overdose of mahanata( read selfishness) is really irritating. Why the hell do they have to make everything so melodramatic and stupid?
