A: No.

Q: was this list based on viewrs voting poll!? Like how genuine list providers like Telechakkar HT, TOI does?
A: NO!
It is just a journo's personal list.

A: yes! Tellychakkar does it- by poll during ITA.
TOI/ indiatimes does it quarterly. GR8 mag does it as well. Unfortunately, maya didnt feature in any of them.
