Another episode totally ruled by Disha.. More confrontations between her & Mr. Kapoor, she got the better of him every single time.. Loved Disha's quick-fire responses to her grandfather. Her each stare and eye locks spoke volumes of her contempt and pain. Seriously I didn't find any affection for Disha from Mr. Kapoor. He didn't behave like an adult at all, he was keep getting irritated with her.. Very disappointed with him, does he have any idea what she must be going through..

Disha proclaims she won't believe even if god tells her that her dad killed her mom. Hmm. Proud words, will she able to understand what made Ram do what he did. I don't know..But I am more worried about how Disha and Aarav will live with Kapoors if the need arises, after all these confrontations and insults. It seems totally impossible.

It was heart-wrenching to see the kids crying over their Mumma. The FB about Ram getting saree for Anu was very cute, a breath of fresh air among the sorrows, Ram was so cute when he draped the Saree himself ;)

Ram breaking the studio door was too cliched. They could have instead shown someone else coming and opening the door for him. Were the police having a vigil at hospital too, if so, why they didn't catch him when he entered the hospital. How did they know when he entered the ward? And it looked so funny when 3 police men can't chase one overweight guy.

Disha could ignore & reject Mr. Kapoor's suggestion to start the last procession, but not when everyone else including the neighbours & well-wishers suggested the same. Really irritated with Karan when he gave false hope that Ram would directly come to do the last rites. It was heartening to see Disha taking the painful decision of taking Anu's body for the last rites. Her body-language when she stopped Mr, Kapoor from helping Aarav and did it herself was just fabulous .

Even the neighbours are no more sure about Ram's innocence. Everyone is confused,. The police guy told Disha that they will have 2 constables watching over the house, wonder where there were when Ram came into the society.

The scene at the last rites was most painful. Police are over-eager to catch Ram, they didn't even leave the family in peace even during the last rites. Another blow by Disha to Mr. Kapoor when she stopped him taking the pot. This girl is strong willed and proud of her family, loved her attitude. Disha's expression when she was doing the rounds with the pot, just couldn't bear to see it.

Karan is acting very suspicious, wonder why the police guys are not noticing it. Another cliched moment when only Karan noticed Ram. This guy is getting onto my nerves, how does he propose Ram to take care of the kids if he keeps running from the police. Really really wish & hope Ram doesn't listen to him and step in to attend the ceremony atleast last moment. He will certainly be arrested if he joins the ceremony, but is there any other option. This is much better scenario than running away listening to the GFN Karan's advice.

Overall a good episode, the scenes at Ahuja home and with kids were excellent. Ram scenes could have been better, as I said some of them too unrealistic.

Precap : Kids hugging & crying near a lit pyre. Really really hope Ram had come before and had been taken away by the police. Disha paying Mr. Kapoor for the last rites from the piggybank. Excellent dialogues and acting. But she is antagonising Mr. Kapoor too much..

Nice takes @ever_smiley.
I loved today's episode especially Disha. Omg this girl is god gifted. Excellent body language and dialogue delivery. I never see her in her previous show because I didn't like the other lead girl. I am surprised to see her this good.

Mr. Kapoor deserves these kind of treatments from Disha. He is just making the kids pain trigger by blaming their father for their mother's death. He should just leave it to the police instead of irritating the kids during antim Shanskar.

Great episode today as usual. Disha was fabulous today. I'm really liking her. Fingers crossed that this maintains. Anu's father is really annoying me now. Very irritating. He seems to care more about the insults Disha is throwing towards him than the fact that his daughter is no more and his interactions with her as almost always been negative.

Karan guy is a bad influence. I really don't want Ram listening or doing anything this Karan guy says. Not at all making sense. Is he really asking him to run away when his children are going through so much?

It's unbearable watching Aarav and Disha face something like this. Heart breaking! Looking forward to the next one!!

Thank you Geetha for your take. Mr Kapoor, the bitter father and father-in-law got the better of the grieving father. Its as if even in her death, Mr Kapoor wants to prove to his daughter what a monumental blunder she committed by marrying Ram. Kudos to the actress Mahima, who is doing total justice to the role of Disha. She's a girl of today who gives back as she gets. The grandfather who had disowned her mom and family didn't deserve to do the last rites or have any say in anything, especially about her father.

Okay, somewhere, I get this feeling that there's a twist here somewhere. Seems too predictable that the children find out about what Ram has done and then hate him and leave with the grandfather. Perhaps Ram is caught by the police and tried in court but is acquitted (there was no need for that horrible hotel incident unless the hotel owner and the the doctor at Jodhpur are supposed to speak on Ram's behalf). Then maybe, Ram voluntarily hands over the children to the grandfather as he feels he cannot be a good parent to them (given his current state of mind) and leaves? My reasoning is...if the daughter hates the father so much, how will she lose that hatred later on? Or will she understand what her father did in a better manner when she becomes older? I somehow feel a different scenario will play out...just hoping they don't show a MIA father who doesn't even think of his children.

Nice to see the saree flashback. Hope we get some more nice, happy ones.

Hehe...I was actually more impressed with this over zealous group of policemen. They actually came on to the scene very early instead of at the end and the Inspector keeps repeating...Primary suspect all the time!

Disha has had to become mature overnight...not that she wasn't before but this is maturity at a totally different level. Ram's friend Karan needs a knock on his head for lying to Disha that Ram will come. As far as he is concerned...he has locked Ram up. He doesn't know that Ram has broken out of the room like the Incredible Hulk or Superman. So Karan is actually giving false hope to Disha and that is so irresponsible. I'm glad that Disha stood up to her grandfather. That man has no right to say anything now...if you could not be a parent to your child when she is alive, you surely have no rights at all once she is dead. He may have paid her hospital bill or not...I take it as retribution.

Given the kind of things that happen in the world, it's not too hard to imagine Ram getting away from the society in spite of the police. I don't blame the neighbours for being unsure about Ram...absconding after your wife has died is certainly not the best idea.

The last rites were truly sad. You feel so bad for Disha and keep rooting for Ram to come there to hold his children. Again the GFN friend giving the wrong advice to Ram. Does he think that Ram can keep running all his life? Hehe...perhaps Karan is a fan of BT shows where one or the other of the leads keeps running and hiding! So much better for Ram to get arrested while attending his wife's funeral than getting arrested from some hide out.

Disha was the star of the show yesterday. She's a talented actress. I hope tomorrow we see Ram staying put and not running away but with Karan at the helm, I wonder if running is what we are going to see? It would be very uncharacteristic if they show Ram running away because so far they have shown him as someone who doesn't shy away from his responsibilities. And most important, he doesn't think that he has committed murder but has actually fulfilled his wife's wish and relieved her of her pain and suffering. So why should he run? Hope the creatives think on this line. I would like to see a Ram and Disha scene talking/confronting in relation to what has happened to Anu. It would be a great scene to watch between these 2 extremely talented actors.

Thank you for taking the time out to read and enjoy the takes!!

Yes, Mahima is one wonderfully gifted actress.. Haven't seen her before, but she impresses me more & more with each passing episode.

I agree, Mr. Kapoor deserves exactly what he is getting from Disha and probably much more. Yes, why can't he wait until the last rites are over for his revenge..

Yes Sanjana.. I can so well relate to Disha, I would have behaved exactly the same way if I was in her shoes. The maturity required for a old man is completely missing in Mr. Kapoor. Seems like he is so used to getting his own way and can't bear any opposition.

Karan is one big bad infulence. On Monday episode, I tried to justify him because he did seem genuine in wanting to protect Ram. But he is behaving like headless chicken now. His thought process makes no sense to me. I can understand Ram being in a dazed state and can't think properly in the aftermath of this tragedy, but why can't Karan think clearly?

very nice post. am her fan from sslk days and watched show only for her.. I must say makers of that show never exposed her talent rather treated her like sidekick . am literally shocked at her performance here. it might be laughable but even her crying is soo improved . her aggressiveness>> hats off.

ram kapoor is obviously great but never knew mahi can do wonders.

Awesome post !! Yesterday's episode, Just mind-blowing !! The scene where Disha confronts Mr. Kapoor was beyond amazing and all the scenes at the last rituals was very heart wrenching, again wonderfully done by Mahima !!

Hey Zene 🤗 I'm equally as surprised as you, before the show started many raised question whether Mahima can pull off Disha's character well, but she proved herself now !! From seedhi saadhi Rachna to bubbly, bold, mature Disha is an entire turn of the earth !! Hats off to her !!
