well at times i don't think the kids would want their father to marry again or bring in new mother, man can raise his kids alone on his own unless he decides that he wants to move on and needs a woman in his life.

I think her third wish could either be to let her go peacefully without any further treatment tension or it could be for Ram to remarry...but for that I think they'll first have to introduce another female in the show...Although it's a sad show I like the way it's done...it shows life's harsh realities along with a much united and loving family...
