Honestly..ye toh hona hi tha. If Lee has a better option to pursue then of course he would choose that over a show who only remembers him if they want a funny scene or to increase the crowd. What significant track has Rudra had in the past few months? Truthfully I have no connection to Rudra or Lee because I have not seen IB. I am primarily DBO audience and those like me wont miss him cuz we dont even know him beyond the goofy brother meant for comic relief. It is, however, unfair to the fans of the original show and even to Lee that Rudra never got the treatment he deserved.
If Gul plans to replace Lee then I hope this time round Rudra gets some character exploration. If not then at least decide WHICH show will be his main show instead of having him jump around from one show to another like a dhobi kutta.
