Then a final Birthday wishing thread will be opened just 1 day before birthday. And that will be a global announcement.

Haha Prem that's how every birthday thread launches on IF. At first a preparation thread only for fans. Fans will post their individual wishes there. Then a final birthday thread where the topic maker will merge fans' wishes from the preparation thread in the 1st page. And then it will be a GA for everyone fans,admirers and non-fans so that they can also wish them...
So we shouldn't delay. 1st August se prep thread open hona chahiye.
