Replies are in Blue Italic π³Narvekar is starting to grow on me as well. I hated him, but he's not rude or arrogant. He doesn't hate Dev. If he did he wouldn't listen to Dev and do the things that Dev wants him to do or points out are missing in the case. Yes, he just can't forget what he saw, so he reacts with Dev this way! He was misguided, I feel...he is kind of parallel lead here !
Damle is like monkey in the middle. He can't stop helping Dev, but he is scared of Narvekar finding out as well.Dev and Avi were nice together and I like how Dev approached the topic of sexual abuse so carefully that Avi didn't realize what Dev was asking. How brilliantly he approached Avi about that. Parent Goal...I like Dev's quirky habit of drinking tea to open his brain. He smells it, takes a few sips, and suddenly knows where to go next. A clever way to show the viewers how he is getting things! πWhen Bala entered I guessed gay and I was glad I was right. It also explains the blackmailing. I loved Dev when he said that he is no one to judge the relationship and in fact no one in the world is. He is so open-minded! And I loved his advice to Amit's wife. His posture was woman-like. A clue for us to guess him as gay! Loved, how casually and in an indifferent way he told that! π³ I praise Ashish here for his voice modulation n facial expressions n body language! π³When Dev was attacked I thought it was so that Avi could be kidnapped, but I guess it was a warning to back off from the case. Yes, and when he didn't and the culprit saw him with Meera going out to investigate, He targeted Avi.I liked how Dev went through the whole case with Meera, almost as if waiting for Meera to bring some light into the case. The way he solved it as he spoke though was a good move because it proves an age old theory that speaking something helps you remember and solve it better. Yes, I like how Dev is not like those who in their ego can't share their problems. When Meera asked Dev about the issue, he told her everything that he investigated till then !Avi's kidnapping was the emotional highlight of the show and I mean that purely in an observatory manner. It gave us insights into all the characters. I always had a feeling that Narvekar has a soft spot for Meera, but it was proven here as Narvekar tried to calm Meera down and later on was so intent on finding Avi. Dev may pretend to hate kids, but he has grown attached to Avi and that was visible as well with the way he treated Navin and almost killed him. And the way he calmed Zohra Apa down shows what a relationship the two really share. They may fight, but it's because they love each other so much. If Dev cares for anyone today it's Zohra Apa. He truly cares for Zohra Apa n he has started to care for Abhi too, clear in today's episode...! π³ His pretensions are lie, he is best in handling kids ! π Yes, Amod definitely likes Meera π³Dev speaking with Gaurav and trying to help him was another beautiful moment because it gave us a purview into Dev's past (his father was a forest officer), but it also helped Dev and Gaurav bond and gave Dev a chance to learn what really happened with Gaurav. I also liked how Dev kept moving back and didn't try touching Gaurav so that he didn't send the wrong signal and only held out his hand letting Gaurav take it and shake it.What a disgusting man Navin is! He not only molested Gaurav, but he did that while his own brother Tilak was there and could hear everything! He is just worst !!Gaurav was so brave at the end there. It was also symbolic that they showed it after Gaurav thought about the handshake because it showed that Gaurav got strength from the fact that there was someone else out there who was fighting for him and would ensure that nothing happened to him or anyone else. The way Avi reached out to hug Dev on being untied and Dev held him with relief in his eyes was so sweet. Avi played the catalyst for bringing Meera back to the conclusion of staying at that house and maybe in the future he will bring Dev and Meera together. Even Narvekar realized that Dev did everything for Avi. I liked that realization. I liked it a lot. Really? I thought he would think this Dev is masked. But if he really realized that won't make him forget what he saw that day. I thought he realized that Abhi is close to Dev and I saw he was a tiny bit unset because he wanted to be the person whom Meera' son would reach out when in danger ! ππ³
Even if Dev-Meera don't end up together finally, still but the end Dev will surely develop feelings for Meera, that is what the channel says no? Yes, a father-son bond is what I am dying to see between them, as of now they r only friends. And Dev is so good in handling kids. He will teach Meera too! π πOriginally posted by: crystalmoon
Dev loves avi
this episode gave me so many feels about these tooTime and episodes will tell if Dev and Meera are going to get together or no but all i want from this show is avi and Dev to have a father son bonding. The case took an unexpected turn I got a feeling that the van driver might be involved in the murder of the teacher but i thought it was due to revenge cause he figured out the teacher was molesting kids but him turning into a pedophile was an unexpected and refreshing.Kudos to the Cvs
Aww... This the scene I was talking about! Look at them, the oozing chemistry and his eyes n her looking away ! βΊοΈ Drooling !
Yes, a knife with the kid - just startled me. I just ignored it leveling it as their creative freedom... But do they show him handling the kid that knife? May be that was with him from before n Dev's words just gave him enough courage to use it as weapon? But then why would a kid keep a knife with him? Then that knife might be a pencil sharpener? π i just would like to believe he didn't handed over that knife to the kid. Whatever is the reason n if the policemen were near or not! A child was not pro with that knife for sure, so he could have hurt himself or Navin could have hurt the kid. So, that was a little strange to me too!Originally posted by: .Avengers.
Probably I am the only one who felt handing over knife to a kid was kinda reckless. What if Navin after being startled took that from the kid and hurt him further? I don't think there was any need for the knife since police was standing by so if he started yelling as Navin approached he would have been caught anyway. It did give the kid strength to confront his molester like that and seeing the fear on his face but still, he's a kid.

They took it overboard with the knife thing. Hope, in future episodes they will take care of these tiny detailing...!!!Originally posted by: .Avengers.
Lol same even I was like W*Fπ pakka dev gave him cause if u see the timeline- he entered school, dev got him from gates, had the talk probably they spent the day together when he dropped him school enough time to take the bus. He had the bag all the time and when Navin approached him he took out the knife. It's a knife, very small one but not pencil sharpener cause they look diff. Probably the idea was that kid needed to fight back to come out of rh trauma but still it was risky.Probably unpopular opinion but I don't think dev was driven by any special favor in this case. Like he was this much drivej for jhanvi too (the female foeticide case)
just read an iv of sumona..where she said that show will have suspense and romance too..so fingers crossedπ³..btw there was a post asking whether meera is divorced or avi is born out of wedlock...in iv she also said that she will play a single mother who had a failed marriage at a young ageOriginally posted by: preity_d

I just can thank the CVs for blowing our mind with Bala in the second installment. π ... Otherwise we all already accepted Aamit as culprit !
do you think pepper spray would have been a better option??..episode was amazing so to satisfy myself i will give a benefit of doubt to the cvs..knife was small and blunt ..was given just to scare the driver and to keep him away so that in any case dev and police arrives late..even by 10 sec then gaurav can use it to stop driver from going further.Originally posted by: preity_d

Of course, In this case he was not driven by any special emotion. Dev emotionally connects with most of his cases. That's unique in a detective n that's make Dev all the more attractive. But of course in the course of journey of this case we saw his bond with Abhi is getting stronger gradually.
