Benny did not plan well. Instead of telling Gauy that "she" (since his voice is converted into female), is a victim of Gayu, he should have refrained from telling anything. Further, he should not have visited Gauy's place. Instead, he should have talked over phone to Gayu informing him that he got the bail. He should have also told that the document is kept in a safe place and if Gayu made any attempt to capture "her" when taking the gold, the document will reach Prakash. Only if Gayu left the place, the document will be sent to her residence. There is no other alternative.
Also, Prakash should have made attempt to cancel the bail of Gayu, since, during the bail, she has misidentified a wrong body as that of Nambi and also she has made an incorrect complaint against Sathya.

Benny has entered into a dangerous game. In addition to his plan to further make money without giving document to Gayu, his plan of gradual sale of jewellary may expose him. His relative may also sell his share of 20 sovereign gold which may expose him and Benny.
It is unfortunate that Malarvizhi and her husband have gone to Nepal. It is said that phone call is not reaching him. Why can't e-mail be sent to them by Malu's father-in-law or mother-in-law requesting them to come to Chennai? Probably, since they are neighbours in US, they might not have felt it necessary to share e-mail IDs.
