Well am not sure, According to the I-F COC, it is stated that Your most welcome to Crticise but no Bashing,

I Mean anyone can come and say that, He didn't behave Professionally that was a Bad thing to do or anything that sort, You get me, But instead if you are here to Bash the person by calling him a Coward Low class person (this is an example, Mind you) .. That's not allowed, I have clearly stated in the post that you can Critcise but not Bash,
