Today's ending was absolutely shocking! Like I said yesterday to hear or read about it is one thing but to see it is just downright horrendous. Aise logon ko toh sach main beech raha main patharon se maar maar kar maar dalna chahiye!

Very true. The lawmakers sitting in the parliament are themselves to be blamed. The amendments could have been brought long time back. I am pretty sure that such amendments will be ever made as 3/4th of the politicians are very corrupt and passing such bill will only harm them. They will only pass bills which will benefit them politically. Nothing else.

The second part was even more horrifying. It gave an idea about the hopelessness of the law. Even when the crime is proved, still the criminals have a chance to fight back in the upper courts...What the hell is this..????

And what Anup sir said at the end was so true. It's not about changing the lower levels. It's about changing the highest level possible. Because when you change that the change filters down and changes everything without actually doing anything.

That's why big corporations always start at the top whenever they want to change something. Because that change will filter down. Think of a country as a big corporation. Without changing the CEO or the CFO, can an accountant change? No!

The scene in which the lady judge or something was arguing with the Police was so cruel. She was not happy just because that Police officer told her something and her ego got hurt...!!! What is this..??
Poor Nirbhaya was crying put of pain and instead of consoling her, they indulged in their own fights...!!! Ridiculous...

True... Fast track court's sentences might turn out to be a mere eye wash if anyone one of the accused gets bail after appealing in the higher courts. It will be liking loosing the battle in the last minute for the victim's family. Indian law will highly be under scanner if that happens.

Exactly...it is so disgusting that the victim is not given any chance while the criminals are given only chances to get less and less punishment. Once the crime esp rape is proved, he/they should be burnt live with acid in public. Matter over. If this really happens, the man will think 10000 times before even thinking about rape.

Rapes happen so easily because men know very well that they can easily get away after committing it.

Exactly the lady judge didn't care what was hurting Nirbhaya, but she just kept caring for her ego.

Nirbhaya's friend was so nice. He saved from getting insulted and also from getting murdered. He gave her strength when she was fighting with death.
He was really a good friend of her. He co-operated with the police force throughout the case and morally supported Nirbhaya's family. Hats off to him.
