Charu sometimes I wonder what the point of fast track courts are. Just have a look at the Delhi rape case. That was put on fast track as well and yet it's May and still nothing.

Thanks Muskaan for digging up those details.

Thanks Muskaan for digging up all these real case reports,it just gives more authenticity to the crime patrol cases they show. Also, it feels good to come to this discussion forum and vent out our feelings- wish we could do something to bring this change.

My pleasure...😊

I also want to change the present condition of girls esp in India. You wont believe, in Northern India, girls have a phobia of going out alone even during the day time🤢
Sometimes, it feels that only the men gained independence, women are still caged...😡

No.They came in existence after the Delhi case. But, whats the point of it..?? Be it fast track or the normal courts...justice is delayed always..

The rigid law structure is responsible for the delay.

Exactly...Fast rack courts are good for nothing😡
I dont understand one thing: When it is proved that the accused are the criminals, then why the case is stretched so much..??

Like, when that Ibris accepted his crime and the plan of raping Rachna, why cant he be hanged at that moment only...?? What is the need of the court here..??🤢

Exactly! When someone accepts that they committed a crime and detail it then just investigate it and then punish them.

The rapists should be given the cruelest treatment once the crime is proved. They should be given stale food. They should be kept in a darkened room for days without water.

As shown in the movie: Aparichit, the rapist should be first injured badly and then he should be soaked in salt water till death.

There is NO point in putting them in jails that does not give him/them the pain which the girl had suffered due to him/them.

I just saw the episode. It was terribly shocking 15 year old girl and 19 men 🤢 Thats enough to make me vomit. I don't know what to say to this except she didn't get justice. A life time punishment only that's disgraceful to the Indian law. They should have been hanged or even given 3rd degree torture. The police had the main fault in this. Why the hell did they just give a warning the first time. I don't know what else to say about this case. I am seriously upset. That girl couldn't get over it. She was never mentally well. It was not surprising when she couldn't handled it and died.
