13:17 Local Time, 07:47 GMT, 13:17 IST: Well, what can we say, it has been a shambolic display from India. It isnโt quite 36 but itโll feel just as bad. To think India have been bundled out for just 46 in their own backyard that too after electing to bat first is quite staggering. New Zealand didnโt set a foot wrong. They got helpful conditions and made use of them to perfection. The lines and lengths they bowled were immaculate, they didnโt try too hard and let the ball and the surface take care of all the business. They backed it up with some excellent catching too and the one simple chance that Blundell put down hardly mattered. India looked flustered and unprepared for something like this. Some of the shot selection was poor and while conditions were admittedly extremely difficult for batting, they had only themselves to blame for at least half of all the wickets. They didnโt show the application required on such tracks and looked to hit their way out which clearly didnโt work.
