However, both openers were out off successive deliveries against Athapaththu and that gave Sri Lanka a route back in. That route though was quelled as Jemimah came out with some splendid sweep shots to get a quick cameo of 16. Skipper Harmanpreet started slowly but flicked a switch during the death overs as she smoked the pacers down the ground and across the line to get to a 27-ball fifty.
