Ours are totally online and live. Normally we have three hours written exams. But for online, it's 1.5 hrs without any break and we had to set our webcam in such a way that our hands and face are clearly visible. Within the time, we had to write and submit the scanned pdf form on the Google classroom assignment that's created by the course teacher. If anyone's paper is submitted delayed, that will get automatically dismissed. (There's always special consideration because of server failure though)

.

@bold ; The same thing happened to me at my online exam last month......it was so frustrating

On online exam, you can't take even washroom breaks. πŸ˜† Well the main problem comes while submitting the script. They just don't give enough time for scanning and making pdf.. and also Allah knows how the server gets down exactly at the time of submitting the script

Online exams are pathetic. You will always have a tension of net drop.

But yeah.. At present, offline exams are not safe.

Anyways, All the best for your exam.

Well, I agree with you on this. During these exams you can't even take washroom breaks. And of course, there is always the problem of not drop which is very frustrating.

So, yes in this case, we're indeed lucky.

But then in the current scenario, offline exams are not safe.

In fact, abhi to ye haal hai ki earlier we used to wish each other luck for exams, now we are wishing each other luck for not catching the virus...

Thank you so much for your wishes... πŸ€—

There are another kind of examiners too.. who will always confuse the students between the right and the wrong answers and will guide you to the wrong one always 😑

These examiners are too frustrating... during the viva this year, we had such an examiner. He asked us a really tough question, something beyond our level and luckily I gave the right answer but he went on confusing me for the next few minutes. But I realised that he was just confusing me and stuck with my answer.

Yes I can understand that concern. It's not safe to take offline exams at this condition!

Have you college taken any safety measurements?

Yeah... and on top of it, around 700-800 and above new cases are being reported here daily.

Well, we have to undergo a thermal scanning before entering the exam centre and those with a high temperature will be seated in separate rooms. Plus sanitizer dispensers have also been installed.

Same here. Well Me and my family are also victims. I had to go through all the online exams while fighting with covid-19.😡 By the grace of Almighty Allah, we all are fine now and nothing serious happened.

So from experience, I'm saying that these thermal scanning don't workπŸ˜†

Before testing, Me and my sister went to a mall.. and these thermal testing couldn't find anything.

I know that. I am not a victim but my Bua and my fufa were tested covid positive a few weeks back. They had gone to their respective work places and had been scanned but nothing was found. So, from them I got to know that this scanning is not an efficient method of detection.

And am really glad to know that you and your family are fine and that thankfully nothing serious happened to you all. πŸ€—

No I don't play PC games. Never had a PC. Got my laptop last year only because I had a lot of project work and other assignments to do.
