Too much focus on Manav - Page 4

Oh, everyone is harping so much on Meher's character.

That IS NOT MY POINT AT ALL - I am just saying there is too much of Manav in this story and the rest is just like an extra.

The story should

1) not have brought back Manav - just for 'spicing up' the story > 🤢

2) dynamically move forward with the Meher-Sarab connection, because they already have enough on their plate due to the storie in-between: the angry politician (now popping back), the murder attempts in Serbia, Harleen's animosity, Robbie the robber (and indirect assassin), and of course -foremost- KK, the super-villain killer.

Again, bringing back Manav and the emphasis on Manav vis-a-vis the rest is just too much ugggh, and spoils what could have continued to be a great TV-serial.

Let the makers first clear the mess they already created in above lines, and then turn to positive stories. WHAT IS WRONG WITH BEING HAPPY and to try and stay that way??

Mehers mother and brothers torture her , threaten to kill her child

Along comes a kind man who marries Meher because she treats his son well. He is shocked to learn her truth but eventually supports her. She finds a chance to love again.

Dead bf arrives and now Meher is to drop all that and go running back to Manav? She is betraying Manav because she believed her first love was dead ? She is being made into a witch because she dared to love again ?

No one calling Manav out for being married to one woman but pining for another ? No one calling him out for emotionally blackmailing Meher to give her son otherwise he will ruin another woman’s life ?

The duality and flat out sexism is sad...even more that it’s coming from women

Meher is her own woman and isn’t owned by anyone ...she has the right to be happy and make her own choices

If Manav wasn’t married to her husbands sister then maybe they could have worked out something in terms of her son Karan

Meher just can’t hand her son to his father and bid adieu . She can’t tell the truth cause it will crush Aditi and ruin many lives. Truth is that it’s better the child stay with a loving family.

Aditi will never accept the child unless Manav lies to her . Manav needs to accept that and move on and make a family with his new wife ...knowing that his son Karan is happy and being raised in a good and loving family

Kulwant and her 2 sons need to be in jail

Yes I too agree that every human being is independent and has right to be happy.

Even Manav too has right to live happily.

Before he married to Adithi, Manav's step father should have told the truth to Adithi. Here Manav was unaware of his past. And till now we don't no what happened with Manav when he got thrown.

Meher is ready to forgive her mother and siblings. How selfish she is . No one is telling she is wrong in moving on with Sarabh. We are expecting her to have some patience and make Manav to understand present situation. Here too they want their sister in law 's happiness. Not thinking of a person who lost his life almost because of her mother. Today too she completely ignored that person.

It is clear that poor people should not fall in love with rich or the one belongs to high society. For them it would be like childish love. They have rights to play with poor ones. They only have rights to be happy. Poor should always be silent and to be thankful to them for what they give in return. Here an orphan Manav got parents and have post (brother in law) of a well known politician Sarabhjith sing Gill. 👏👏👏

I am a fan of Avinesh rekhi, because of him I am watching this. I was proud of him that he selected a good project which has good content. But I think it's wrong.

Now Sarab is refusing Manav his own son. Who the hell is he to deny Manav? They could at least work out a 50/50 custody agreement but Sarab is acting as dumb as his wife now. Karan is NOT Sarabs son so he should just shut his mouth and keep out of the matter now. I’m starting to go off Sarab now. How would he feel if someone fought over that annoying brat Param the same way?

Thanks for hitting the nail on the head - in an often fierce discussion that evolved out of a simple observation that too much emphasis has come on Manav 🤪

I am simply trying to make a point that the makers brought in an old character unnecessarily, whereas they had already moved on with the new story very nicely > hence also, viewers' interest and fan following !

But this Manav thing has brought out so many kharab situations on screen and, as a result, also many adverse and negative reactions from viewers.

Is that what makers were trying to get at?

All I'm asking is: get on with the story and move towards a positive line. Everyone will surely appreciate light in these dark days - especially prompted by this Diwali Day 😃

its the people who have been asking to bring back Manav but they have completely ruined the show lots of us just read it and don't want to watch it , i dont think i will be able to watch the show again because i really have started hating the lead ones .

first of all bringing manav back is a huge mistake. later he himself once said paida karanewale sey palana karnewala is great. first of all there is no logic without proving him as manav to the world asking for the custody of kid.

once he tells the thing to aditi how she will react and she may give divorce to him if we think negatively. she is independent and she liked vikram not manav.

he didn't inform anybody about who shot sarab to save the name of his adopted father and now if he proves himself with dna test as manav and karan is his son what happens to his adopted mother who gave him an identity as his parents? will she survive?

lastly he will lose his job as cbi officer. with what authority he will work as cbi officer?

without wife without parents without job what does he want to do with karan taking him from a secured life?

some are asking for joint custody is it possible for exlovers live in the same campus with their partners for the sake of a kid. if court decides then also they don't give a kid to a man alone to rare him as an infant.

whether the writers didn't think of all this? may be some didn't watch the show for the sake of manav but lakhs of people in other countries too are watching for the lead pair and param and they are thinking this manav track as a nuisence and waiting for the makers to put an end soon!!

Also the manav character is overacting as when the entire family safely came out of the bomb blast he is showing over focus and asking aditi to call for a doctor and scolding police personnel saying an innocent life may go! any sense? is he alone father? meher is not mother? this madness only creating irritation to many but for the sake of lead pair & parampeople are watching the show!

One thing I want to clear all that no one is asking Manav and Meher come back together. Till now according to the story Manav lost his past and came to know his past on his wedding day. This means he is innocent. His step father is responsible for hiding his real identity as he begged for his wife's life.

Here Meher is disrespecting him as he played with her emotions before. And cheated her. Manav never forced himself on her. Of course he tried to convince her in all the way and then realized it that she is moved on. Now asking his rights on Karen is not at all fault. Being a father his concern not fault. If mother can give birth to a child which she feels result of her childishness and deserves right on the child then Manav too has right on that. Because he never ran out of his responsibility. One thing I appreciate that the one who is playing Manav's role is nailed it.

Here I am not judging Sarabhjith. Infact I am his fan.

I don't no about all, but some people watch series expecting some messages to the society and not only for entertainment. Entertaining means not only romance nokh joke. There should be some meaning which is nearer to the life. I am not disrespecting any one's feelings it's there opinion and feelings. Everyone has there right to express there opinion so I put my words.

This show's initiative was good which given courage to some girls to face their life boldly whatever be the situation not leaving the values of life. Now I am not seeing any such values in the show which is writer's fault.

By now it's clear:

. bringing back Manav is controversial (to put it mildly) 🤓

. but the actor who plays Manav does a sterling job 👏

They can positively make Manav realise that Sarab and Meher will take good care of Karan or figure out a way so that Manav also can spend time with Karan. But no, Manav ko bura bnake Sarab and Meher ko Bhagwan dikhana zaruri hai. This serial started with strong message that Meher will punish those who killed her lover but nahi, wahi same old plot, shadi k bad pati se pyar hoga and she will forget everything.
