Like sunara said ...give it a day , let gautam hegde check it out if it is authentic. We already have one fake sanaya twitter account which is followed by lot of ppl both fans and some from the industry.Another thing came to my mind ...it could also be a twitter handle managed by colours PR for marketing purposes ...Lets just wait for a day or two..😊
