Drashti Dhami wins Jhalak Dikhhlaa Jaa Season 6
The much loved Madhubala - Drashti Dhami who started off as a non-dancer took the Jhalak trophy home tonight in a dazzling super finale of Jhalak Dikhhlaa Jaa Season 6.

The super finale of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa Season 6 was a dazzling affair with the dancing superstar Hrithik Roshan coming to encourage the final 4 contestants. Hritihk started with admitting being a Madhuri Dixit Nene fan.
The show started with Drashti Dhami and Salman Khan's performance. This was followed by the kid duo Sonali and Sumant who as usual stunned everybody. Shaan's performance was calm composed and Hrithi even sang a song for him. It was Shaan's favourite singer Kishore Kumar's number from Yaarana. Lauren as usual the poetry in motion girl gave a splendid performance and her day was made when Hrithik expressed his desire to work with Remo if he ever made ABCD part 2 and that he would want to share the frame with Lauren which Remo of course agreed to. All the contestants had the support of excellent special effects.
After Priyanka Chopra too joined in to promote her upcoming film Krrish 3 was Ali Asgar and Sunil Grover from Comedy Nights of Kapil playing Dadi and Gutthi who kept everyone in splits. Karan Wahi, Gurmeet Choudhary and Rashmi Desai Sandhu who were last year's contestants too came in to perform special numbers. While Remo gave a scintillating performance as a tribute to his favourite performer Michael Jackson, Madhuri danced with Hrithik on their special songs from their films. Even Karan Johar shook his leg with Lauren and Remo. Madhuri Dixit was supposed to perform a solo aerial number but had to give it a skip as she had to rush off mid-way to be with her father who was ill. Sonali and Lauren took over at the last minute and performed on the same number.
While it was a tough tie as all the final four contestants got a total 30 score for their final performance, the first to get eliminated was Shaan followed by Sonali & Sumant. The terrific dancer Lauren ended being the runner up and Drashti - the Madhubala from Madhubala - Ek Ishq, Ek Junoon on Colors won with the maximum votes and took the trophy home.
As soon as Drashti was announced the winner her best friend Sanaya Irani who had come to support her rushed up to her to hug her. Last year's child participant Darsheel Safary too was present to support Drashti.
Looking graceful in a black saree, Drashti collected the cheque of Rs. 50 lakhs along with her choreographer Salman Khan and gave a short thank you speech!
