Farhan Khan, well known as Manav of Chhanchhan on Sony Entertainment Television, is constantly trying to create an impact by way of his charm through his first television appearance. Farhan loves to run and can run for hours together anytime of the day and believes in having king size breakfast and a meager dinner.

In a talk with Tellychakkar.com, Farhan talks of his fitness traits and eating habits.

Personal fitness mantra: I don't do heavy workout but just run for one and a half hours every day.

Personal diet mantra: I believe in having breakfast like a king.

Exercise routine: Nothing as such, I just opt for running a few miles every day.

Is food the elixir of life? Yes, very much. Having good food will only keep one's mind and body healthy.

Are you a foodie? Yes I am living on it.

Are you a vegetarian or a non-vegetarian? Non-vegetarian.

Favourite cuisine: Indian.

Favourite dish: Mutton and Chicken.

Favourite restaurant: Many of my friends own restaurants thus I can't single out only one. All of them are my favourites.

A must on my breakfast table: Oats, milk, some fruits, and 5 eggs.

Sugar or sugar-free tea/coffee: Tea with sugar.

Lunch generally consists of: Chicken, chapattis like a normal lunch need to have.

Dinner generally consists of: It's lighter than lunch.

Dessert delights: Fruit cake.

One thing I can't resist: Chicken tandoori.

My favourite drink (non-alcoholic): Orange juice.

My favourite drink (alcoholic): I don't have alcohol.

At parties I have: Orange juice.

Most unusual dish I've tasted: Not yet.

Experiment with food: I only consume food which is good to taste.

On the streets, I love to have: Paani Puri.

Do you cook? No.

Fitness tip: Just eat healthy, drink lots of water and run whenever get time

A FEW miles?! I lose my breath just running to my bus stop everyday! And 5 EGGS?! Holy crap. This guy must be really huge.

They should make Manav become a fitness trainer on the show. Totally suits him.

5 eggs?! 😲

LMAO! Haha, that's awesome though it's not too good as it can cause cholesterol but he runs so I guess that makes up for it.

Nice nutrition plan.
My breakfast is the biggest meal of the day as well. 4 eggwhites + 1 whole egg, Oatmeal with raspberries.
He has to be doing weight training as well for the well cut arms!!
