Seriously in any other show the girl who got her shadi cancelled would sit and mope and act like a tragedy queen as the society will pity her.. and everyone would be walking in egg shells around her for ages and ages!
but here for a single day people were careful..Only for the girl herself to say that she is ok..

And now not only has she accepted it and moved on, but has learned something positive off it and moved on ahead in life to do something worthwhile!!

She is getting a job and putting her own education to use!! Who says daughters are a burden simply cz of prehistoric views?

They not only rejected giving dowry which devalues a daughter and shows her as a burden, but also showed us how she gets a job and is planning to take care of her elderly dad showing her clearly as a strength!!!👏

I liked that part a lot 👏 I liked the whole episode ... but that part was well done. Also the way Tushar bhai kept his dignity and stopped his daughter from pleading and begging in front of Uma Ben.

It's good to know that Purvi is taken her future into her hands and trying to support her father and her self.
