I think Ija would set up Abhinav to get the blame, she is a proven evil person and attempted murderer (she might have also killed before who knows, like kabir's real mom or something). After kabir's brakes fail the first person he will accuse might be abhinav since he knows he was in jail for murder already. Kabir just keeps forgiving all of Ija's lies and he must put his brain back in, he used to be the smartest in the show and was in total control
