The question mark is most likely low internet quality or a data block. It happens to me at work because my work IT blocks images not from approved sites. IF is not approved site.

Not my dog FYI. I don't have one yet. I want one but don't have one yet. I found this one on the net as well. The lady who posted it said that her dog is a sweetheart but her face is set in such a way that even when she's just looking it looks like she's forever judging you. 
Yes got it. I think the whole caching issue has been resolved so now PMs and posts should be fine again.
