”Standing up for you” means speaking for you against others. Nobody did that much for Sana and good for her! I mentioned four times in my earlier reply to you that Sidharth did good by not standing up for her since he wanted her to be self-reliant. He would support her to be strong alone as she herself mentioned on her interview. Or she would have been another Mahira.
