Hey my Dear Readers,
How are you all?
Sorry for not PMing you for last few days! Its been hectic here!
Dad's health deteriorated a little and then the light and water started to play havoc.
It was tough!
Things have settled down a little today so I decided to get in touch with you all and let you know how things are here!
Oh and super duper news! Mom is back! She came back. She is not fully ok but she came back because she felt bad for me. I have not been having enough sleep for last few days plus went a little sad too as I had no time to write. And you all know, I love to write. So she decided to come and boost my morals. And let me tell you, I am already feeling cheerful. She will be going back soon as her treatment is not yet over but she is here right now and I am happy with that.
Hopefully Mummy returning translates to me getting more time to write and mood to work on all fics. Sounds tough but why not try. Keep your eyes focused at Behind The Scenes folks, coz you never know when I might post a teaser there.
Also for Ab ke Baras readers, here is the link to Chapter 1 which I posted the day after I launched the fic. I cannot post Chapter 2 and 3 right now, even though they are ready. I have some changes to do to Chapter 2 that can be only done after I finish writing Chapter 4. Chapter 4 has only one scene left to finish so hopefully Ab ke Baras will be updated soon.
That's all for today folks!
Will keep you posted about the situation and my stories!
See you in two weeks!
Thank you, take care and remember, Moms are awesome,
Kalpana

Guten Tag people!
You all must be wondering where did I vanish for last week!
Ah well! It's a harrowing tale!
Dad had a stroke! Not kidding! It was damn scary!
And when we took him to the Hospital nearby we learned that it was a brain stroke and there was no MRI working in our area!
How were the Doctors supposed to know the amount of damage done by the brain stroke and the future steps to be taken to rectify it without having MRI done? Then we did what every small town patient did when small town hospitals could not help them! We took him to Mumbai. So yes, I left for Mumbai on 18th night and came home yesterday only. Worst thing was they required somebody to stay in hospital constantly and as my mom was ill and relatives had their own problems going on, I stayed in the hospital for 24/7. Tough week I tell you! So you can see I had no chance to contact anyone of you and inform you of my situation.
We came back yesterday only and boy am I tired! And worst is that we left in a hurry so the whole house is a mess! Its hell right now to come back so tired only to realise there was so much cleaning to do!
Now that we have dealt with my life drama, lets get the focus to my stories! Officially my stories are on hiatus! I have lots of cleaning to do in the house now and then we have follow-ups and few more tests to be done before Dad is given all clear so I won't be able to write consistently. Unofficially though, I am writing. It just won't be as consistent as normal writing. So throw my standard two updates per month per story out of the window for a while! I will focus on whatever takes my fancy and just work on it. No schedule, no planning, just writing that would take me away from my stress. Right now my focus is on getting myself emotionally balanced because nowadays all I want to do is bawl my eyes out. So I will just work on anything that can make me not want to burst out crying. So no guarantees on what I will work on for next few days!
That's all for today folks!
Hopefully see you soon with some updates!
Thank you for being patient, take care and give your dad a hug,
Kalpana
