Meet the fascinatingly different and vibrant family
You have loved our STAR Plus families and had fun with our intriguing members. Our awe-inspiring mother-in-laws have captured your heart while giving you food for thought. Now, be ready to meet a new family who are quite diverse from each other but are bound by the same thread of love that defines us!
A family is able to maintain balance in every situation even if its members are quite opposite to each other. This is because there is uniformity in variety. However chaotic the circumstance may become, when its members interact, love prevails and binds us all. Ek Doosre Se Karte Hain Pyaar Hum is one such family that personifies the saying, 'there is unity in diversity'.
Sanyukta Majumdar is a fair-minded person and a liberal mother-in-law who lovingly points out if her daughter-in-law errs. She is very progressive, and her discipline and love keep the family lively yet in order. Sanyukta is a fun-loving matriarch who is a natural leader and who doesn't believe in looking down at others. "Though I believe in the dictum, 'live and let live', there are certain responsibilities that need to be fulfilled," says Sanyukta. But even after four years of the marriage of her elder son Binoy, Sanyukta has not been able to mold her daughter-in-law, Sushila, an ex-mytho film actress, into a responsible homemaker. Sushila is totally opposite her, a vivacious person, the child in her heart keeps showing its face and she indulges her dreamy and poetic brother-in-law Aniket no end. The ex-scientist Nikhilesh Majumdar is always up to some tricks and in many ways is the naughtiest child of the family. "I am a happy-go-lucky fellow who is always in a light and cheerful mood. You will fall in love with the rocking Majumdar family as we all are interesting and easily identifiable," says Nikhilesh.
Ek Doosre Se Karte Hain Pyaar Hum is a comedy of pranks diced with loads of fun! You will see the Majumdars indulging in some crazy fun while always nurturing each other's happiness in their hearts. To get your daily dose of fun and love, tune in to the show that starts from 23rd April, Mon-Fri at 7:30 PM on STAR Plus.
