At kriya's house

Her womb is not strong as others. It was risky for her She was only 19 years so she should go with abortion .but Taani was already connected to the baby so simply denied .

Mayank.... And vaise bhi vah aisa Kabhi Nahin kar sakti thi because it was your Rey . It was Symbol of your love.

So didn't think about abortion and continue the pregnancy with lots of complications and problems she finally deliver a baby girl and she actually looks like her but when she grown up antics make her realise about you she named her Reyanshi because she always said that reyanshi is to copy of Rey .
